Participative Consultation At Trilby we have a range of tools to help you consult better with your target groups, stakeholders and the general public.

Our COOL Tools set of equipment and software has been successfully used by groups all over the UK.

The COOL Dome is a 4x3 metre inflatable room envisioned by Trilby and developed and produced for us by the inflatable experts at Designs in Air. The COOL Dome provides an excellent space for our consultation tools to live in and enhances your exhibition space or out and about with your target groups.

SoapBox is our video recording package. Based on a touch enabled iMac computer it captures peoples thoughts and ideas exactly how they intend by using video. The software is fully automated and can be left unattended for users to interact with. At the end of your consultation session the video clips are ready for you to view or edit into a presentation.

PollBox is our questionnaire and polling tool used to gather opines on a series of questions you can edit and configure. Like SoapBox this kiosk can be left to run unattended and is sorting and collating results during your event. At the end of the day a couple of clicks turn all your responses into charts for instant presentation.
