SkillStation is a series of online community learning packages which we devlivered during 2001-2. Based on Flash and Shockwave technology these interactive learning environments are designed to make it fun to learn important skills. They use interaction and animation and you are guided through the activities by a narrator.

SkillStationBASIC is the first in the series and was piloted on the Youthstart courses which are ran in late 2000 and early 2001. The resource helps people develop their literacy and numeracy skills through using everyday events and activities set in a familiar street scene.
