Riskwise is CD-ROM made to help trade union safety reps deal with health and safety issues in a work environment. The disc provides information on the most usual problems and looks at the ways other reps have dealt with these issues. You are taken you through learning paths and offered opportunities to improve your skills. UNISON Health and Safety reps from a wide range of occupations explain their roles and there are activities to help you do risk assessments.
In 2002, working closely with UNISON, we plan to adapt some of the content for wider audiences including teachers and young people in schools and adults in Learning Centres as well as putting some of the interactive activites onto the UNISON site.
