Project Fullemploy is one of the leading organisations serving black and other minority ethnic communities throughout the UK. Their Capacity Building team are dedicated to the use new media in the delivery of their support and training.

The Capacity Building Advisor CD-ROM has been designed to meet the needs of the voluntary sector, particularly small charitable organisations serving black and other minoriy communities. It provides an overview of the 'essential skills' an organisation needs to survive and be effective, using case studies and simple 'needs assessment' activities to conduct a capacity audit. The CD-ROM is the first of a series of electronic products that we will develop with Project Fullemploy as part of their 'distance learning' strategy.
