Arts in Sandwell, the Arts development department of Sandwell MBC, commissioned us to produce a database of artists and facilities available to Sandwell people and organisations. This resulted in us researching and producing Arts Direct.

The directory has a focus on professional practising artists and arts organisations based in the West Midlands who are available for work in Sandwell. Many of the entries have a history of working in the region and include practitioners from virtually all forms of art and participatory creative activities.

The directory was produced as a A5 binder and an electronic version of the information was put in place at the Arts in Sandwell offices for people to call on as a resource when looking for people or services.
